Which Bible would you recommend..?
As a “starter Bible” in easy-to-understand Danish, I would recommend the Bible in everyday Danish from Forlaget Scandinavia (https://www.scandinavia.as/bibler/bibelenhverdagsdansk)

https://www.bibelselskabet.dk/webshop/bibelen-til-konfirmanderIf you want it as close to the scriptures as possible, you should switch to the English KJV (King James Version) from 1611, which is the most scriptural Bible we have, translated from the text base “Masoretic Text” (Old Testament) and “Textus Receptus” (New Testament). However, it can be extremely heavy, where I currently personally prefer the successor NKJV (New King James Version) for “daily reading”, but if you need to delve deeper into the text, it is the KJV.
The NKJV is also available as a study Bible, but there are lots of notes and references. If you are looking for it, search for “NKJV Study Bible Thomas Nelson”
