God is There for Everything – Even When We Bless our Food
…and even when you’re 9 years old and hate leftovers.
My youngest daughter, Rebekka, who is almost 9 years old, understands more than most…!
The thing is, at our house we eat leftovers for supper a whole lot… It’s nice and easy, and it’s even more economical to eat everything rather than tossing it.
So, tonight we were having leftovers AGAIN, which Rebekka definitely didn’t find awesome, but her comment was brilliant. She said…:
“Dad, couldn’t we try pretty soon to not bless the food, because it’s really annoying that so much food is left over every time.”
AMEN! Because God blesses any time we ask Him to.
